Over the past 14 years, Chevron has donated more than a million dollars to Republican members of Congress who voted to overturn the results of the 2020 presidential election, according to an analysis of federal campaign finance data.
The move builds on Chevron's longstanding presence in Venezuela, as the company has continued operating in the country under a special US license, allowing it to produce and export oil despite the sanctions.

Chevron develops natural gas resources in Israel, Egypt, and Jordan, partnering with the State of Israel.

TCO operates the Tengiz and Korolev crude oil fields in western Kazakhstan under a concession agreement that expires in 2033.
