Porsche recalled vehicles after determining a possible lack of plasma cleaning could cause moisture ingress in reversing cameras, leading to distorted images and an unreasonable safety risk.
On April 02, 20205, Porsche determined that a possible lack of plasma cleaning that could lead to moisture ingress in certain reversing cameras could cause sufficient distortion of the reverse camera images to present an unreasonable risk in the affected vehicle population and decided to recall the affected vehicles.
