What to include
Include enough detail for me to find and check the issue:
- The URL of the Choice page.
- The exact finding or wording you believe is wrong.
- Why it is inaccurate, incomplete, outdated or attributed to the wrong company.
- A primary source or other supporting evidence, when available.
- Your relationship to the company or source, if relevant.
How disputes are evaluated
I compare the report with the cited source, check the passage in context, confirm that it belongs to the right company and review any stronger evidence you provide.
If a finding is unsupported or materially wrong, I correct or remove it. Disagreeing with a documented action is not enough. The question is whether Choice represents the available evidence accurately.
